WHY USE BIOSILVER FABRICS ?
An ordinary mask stops only drops that are in the air. If they contain a virus, then together they settle on the mask. Due to the properties of Biosilver®, viruses and bacteria are destroyed on the layer coated by our unique solution of silver nanoparticles.
UNIQUE METHOD OF PROCESSING AND COATING
The antimicrobial and antiviral activity of our filter material depends on the method of applying Biosilver® nanoparticles, as well as on the solubility of silver in a solution of nanosilver applied to the filter layer.
In a series of studies, we have identified the optimal method for processing the fibers of the filter layer, taking into account the size of silver nanoparticles, solubility, duration of cultivation(contact), microbial and viral loads (ratio of initial concentrations of Biosilver® on the filter layer and test strains).
The effectiveness of the filter layers was tested in several Russian accredited research and testing laboratories. We are adding more test reports every month from various well knowns certification companies.
